-
Complete and with all supplied parts and accessories
-
In a clean and resaleable condition
-
Returned with their original packaging, instructions and documentation where available
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law.
Opening the packaging does not automatically prevent you from returning an item.
Return Postage for Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
We strongly recommend using an appropriate tracked or insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Please package returned goods securely, as you may be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where goods do not conform to the contract, your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where an exemption under UK consumer law applies. These can include:
-
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
-
Other products specifically exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation
Any exclusion from change-of-mind cancellation rights does not remove your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Used Camping, Caravan & Motorhome Products
We understand that some products need to be examined to determine whether they are suitable.
However, customers should not use products beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a shop if they intend to exercise their change-of-mind cancellation rights.
For example, where an awning, tent, electrical accessory, appliance or other leisure product has been extensively used, fitted, marked, soiled or damaged, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty.
Electrical & Installed Products
Please check compatibility and suitability before permanently installing or modifying electrical, gas, water-system or vehicle-specific products.
Where an item is faulty, your statutory rights continue to apply regardless of this section.
We recommend that products requiring specialist installation are installed by a suitably competent person and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty.
A manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict the rights you have against IDS Camping & Leisure as the retailer.
If you experience a problem with a product, please contact us and we will advise you on the appropriate next step.
