Cadac 🍌Grilled Banoffee S’mores Wraps

Serves: 2–4
Ready in: 10–15 minutes
Ideal for: Cadac Grill (any model with a flat plate or BBQ top)
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (sliced)
4 small flour tortillas or wraps
4 tbsp chocolate spread (like Nutella)
4 tbsp caramel sauce or dulce de leche
A handful of mini marshmallows
Optional: crushed biscuits or digestive crumbs for extra crunch
Butter or oil spray (for grilling)
Instructions:
Prep your wraps:
Spread 1 tbsp of chocolate spread and 1 tbsp of caramel sauce on each tortilla.
Add the fillings:
Top with banana slices, a few mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of biscuit crumbs (if using).
Fold & wrap:
Fold each tortilla into a burrito-style wrap, tucking in the edges so the fillings don’t escape.
Grill time:
Lightly butter or spray your Cadac grill plate. Place wraps seam-side down and grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp on all sides (around 3–5 minutes).
Serve warm:
Let cool for a minute, then slice in half and enjoy the gooey, sweet goodness!
