Cadac 🍌Grilled Banoffee S’mores Wraps

Grilled Banoffee S'mores


Serves: 2–4

Ready in: 10–15 minutes

Ideal for: Cadac Grill (any model with a flat plate or BBQ top)


Ingredients:


  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)

  • 4 small flour tortillas or wraps

  • 4 tbsp chocolate spread (like Nutella)

  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce or dulce de leche

  • A handful of mini marshmallows

  • Optional: crushed biscuits or digestive crumbs for extra crunch

  • Butter or oil spray (for grilling)



Instructions:



  1. Prep your wraps:

    Spread 1 tbsp of chocolate spread and 1 tbsp of caramel sauce on each tortilla.

  2. Add the fillings:

    Top with banana slices, a few mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of biscuit crumbs (if using).

  3. Fold & wrap:

    Fold each tortilla into a burrito-style wrap, tucking in the edges so the fillings don’t escape.

  4. Grill time:

    Lightly butter or spray your Cadac grill plate. Place wraps seam-side down and grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp on all sides (around 3–5 minutes).

  5. Serve warm:

    Let cool for a minute, then slice in half and enjoy the gooey, sweet goodness!
